General and Booking Conditions – B&B Après-Velo

1. Booking

Your booking is only final after receipt of written confirmation and/or payment in accordance with the stated conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving a reason.

2. Payment

Payment can be made by card, cash, online or otherwise agreed.

Deposit may be required to confirm booking, remaining balance is due upon arrival.

3. Cancellation and changes

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or contact form.

Below you will find the terms and conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. You are responsible for paying the percentages shown.

  • 0–7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
  • 8–21 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
  • More than 21 days before arrival: free
  • No-show: 100% of the total amount

Payment of cancellation fees is made via the specified payment method.

In the event of force majeure, the B&B reserves the exclusive right to apply different rules. Changes to dates or occupancy may be subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

4. Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: until 10:00 AM.

Late arrival must be arranged in advance.

5. House rules and responsibility

Guests must respect the house rules (see our house rules).

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.

6. Cancellation by the B&B

In exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure or maintenance, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Any amounts already paid will be refunded, but further claims for damages will not be accepted.

7. Liability

The B&B is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal belongings.

We are not responsible for any damage, injuries or accidents beyond our direct control.

8. Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy statement and will only be used to manage your reservation and communicate with you.

9. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to all reservations and disputes.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the hotel owner's place of business.
