House Rules for B&B Après-Velo

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: until 10:00 AM

Late check-in or check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.

2. Payments

Payment can be made by card, cash, or online, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of cancellation, the conditions as stated in your booking will apply.

3. Smoking & Alcohol

Our B&B is entirely non-smoking. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Outside, ashtrays are provided.

Alcohol consumption is allowed in the rooms or common areas.

4. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

5. Noise & Respect

Please consider other guests: silence is appreciated between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Respect the privacy and property of others.

6. Safety & Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal possessions.

In case of emergency, always follow the staff's instructions.

7. Use of Facilities

All common areas should be left clean and tidy.

Any damage to rooms or property will be compensated for by the guest who caused it.

8. Departure House Rules

Please leave the room clean and tidy.

Key cards must be returned upon departure. If not returned or lost, a charge of €50.00 will be applied to the booker's account.

9. Additional Rules

Any disturbance or behavior deemed disruptive to other guests or staff may result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund.
